Lisboa after-hours. A basement, a speakeasy. Glamour. Restlessness. Our music was born in such joints. It’s a cabaret act made of memories and stories. We’re Suzie and the Boys, a group of bohemian musicians. We love life. And we love the nightlife. This is our debut EP. 
 
We’ve been partners in crime for almost 30 years now. Spending endless nights together after our other gigs. Keeping at it, brainstorming, jamming away until all the ashtrays are full and all the glasses are empty. 
 
We’re not jazz, blues, soul or funk. But we got swing, drama, soul and groove. 
 
For this EP we were looking for a specific sound: our own take on Lisboa’s cabarets from the 50s and 60s. Swing, Latin rhythms, rock ‘n roll, rhythm ‘n blues. We mixed it all. And here it is: our music. The soundtrack to our own movie.
